The trailer is 8 metres long and 2.5 metres tall. Featuring 2 pizza ovens, 2 fridges, 1 freezer, 2 x 20 litre deep fryers, a twin gas hob, gas califont, 2 service windows, sinks and 100 litre fresh water tank.
